A short, focused conversation designed to help you understand whether mentoring is the right fit for your situation, and which pathway would be most effective for your goals. This is not a coaching session. The purpose is to quickly assess your current position, your target direction, and the most suitable next step within the Career Mentoring Programme. During the call, we will: Clarify your current career situation and objectives Identify the most appropriate mentoring pathway for you Discuss whether support is needed at CV, interview, strategy, or transition level Outline a recommended next step (if applicable) You will leave the call with clear direction on whether mentoring is right for you, and how to approach your next stage effectively.
